Refund Policy
1. Deposits

Deposits are required to secure scheduling, equipment, and crew

Deposits may be non-refundable once work is scheduled and mobilization begins

If canceled before scheduling or mobilization, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion
2. Cancellation & Refunds (Residential Clients)
In accordance with the California Home Solicitation Sales Act, residential customers may cancel the contract within three (3) business days of signing for a full refund of any payments made.
After this period:

Cancellations may result in loss of deposit

Any work already completed must be paid for

3. Work Performed
Due to the nature of excavation, grading, and land clearing:

No refunds will be issued for completed work

Once work has started, costs for labor, equipment, and materials are non-recoverable
4. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be considered only if:

Work has not started, or
-
A portion of the work remains incomplete and is canceled by mutual agreement
Approved refunds will be adjusted based on:

Work completed
-
Expenses incurred
-
Equipment and labor costs
5. Change Orders & Additional Work
Payments for approved change orders or additional work are non-refundable once completed.
6. Delays & Scheduling
No refunds will be issued for delays caused by:

Weather conditions
-
Permit issues
-
Unforeseen site conditions
-
Events beyond our control
7. Dissatisfaction Claims
If you are not satisfied, you must notify us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns; however:

Refunds are not guaranteed
-
Resolution may include corrections or adjustments instead of refunds
8. Payment Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes for completed work may result in:

Legal action
-
Filing of a mechanics lien in accordance with California law
9. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe (typically 7–14 business days).
